BNE congratulates QantasLink

The naming of QantasLink as the world’s ‘Regional Airline of The Year’ is a well-deserved honour, Brisbane Airport Corporation CEO and Managing Director Julieanne Alroe said today.

“QantasLink’s Queensland operations are vital to the state,” Ms Alroe said. “And Brisbane Airport is a very significant centre for the airline, with 16 aircraft currently based here and two more expected this year.

“QantasLink’s Brisbane services are invaluable to travellers throughout Queensland with scheduled services to 17 destinations from Brisbane contributing nine per cent of all domestic travellers through Brisbane Airport.

“We congratulate everyone at QantasLink on this global recognition of their fine work and excellent service.”
